Today you get to enjoy Jukkumi bokkeum with me.
In Korea, webfoot octopus is in season from March to May.
My friends parents run a Jukkumi restaurant, so he brought some over. So there is no recipe. :(
If you cant handle the heat, eat with mayonnaise. It alleviates the heat, and adds to the nuttiness.
Divine if you fry rice in the leftover sauce. When you come to Korea, give it a try!
