Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until kehwa reduce to half of its quantity. Turn off the flame and add chilled water then beat it for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn on the flame and add green cardamom and beat for 10 to 15 minutes more. Strain the kehwa. In a saucepan add milk, let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Then add salt, sugar, kehwa and bring it to boil. Beat it well. Garnish with pistachio, almonds and serve hot. Directions for masala tea: In a pan boil water, add cardamom, cloves, star anise, peppercorn, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, fennel seeds and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Then add tea powder and boil it again. Add milk and sugar in last. Cook until milk boils. Strain and serve. Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes
