This traditional tapioca cake is semi-soft, chewy and fragrant.
Just perfect for tea-time snack or as dessert and it’s super delicious. ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS for 1 kg of tapioca :

- 3 eggs beaten
- 150 g sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 50 g Butter
- 1 kg tapioca preferably yellow variety and grated
- 3 to 4 tbsp of Ghee
