3 to 4 cups Luke Warm Water
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4 to 5 Clove
1 piece Dalchini
2 to 3 Green Cardamom
3 to 4 Dried Red Chili
6 to 7 Garlic Cloves
1 small piece Ginger
2 Onions
4 Tomatoes
Salt
12 to 15 Cashew Nuts
1.5 to 2 cups Water
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
Bay Leaf
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
3 to 4 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Butter (Optional)

PANEER TIKKA MASALA:
MARINATION:
Medium Sized Paneer Cubes
Onions & Capsicum cut in Cubes
1 cup Thick Curd
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
¼ tsp Carom Seeds
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Salt
Juice of Half Lemon
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
Fresh Coriander
2 tsp Oil

GRAVY:
2 to 3 tbsp Oil
2 to 3 Green Cardamom
1 stick Cinnamon
4 to 5 Cloves
1 tsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ cup Puree of Fried Onions
Salt
½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
3 to 4 tbsp Water
Puree of 4 Tomatoes
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
3 to 4 tbsp Fresh Cream
Fresh Coriander

KADAI PANEER:
FOR KADAI MASALA:
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Stick Cinnamon
6 to 7 Black Peppercorns
5 to 6 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
3 to 4 Dry Red Chilis
½ tsp Fennel Seeds

FOR GRAVY:
1 tbsp Oil
2 Roughly Chopped Onions
4 Roughly Chopped Tomatoes
Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Finely chopped Green Chilies
1 Onion cut in cubes
1 Capsicum cut in cubes
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tbsp Kadai Masala
2 tsp Fresh Cream (Optional)
1 tsp Oil/Butter
250gms Paneer Cubes

2 tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi
Fresh Coriander

PANEER DO PYAZA:
2 tbsp Thick Curd
Salt
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Wheat Flour/Gram Flour
250 gms Paneer Cubes
1 tbsp Oil
Marinated Paneer
Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Bay Leaf
1 stick Cinnamon
2 Green Cardamom
