RECIPESIngredients:Microwave Quiche:2 eggs1 slice ham, choppedRaw spinach to taste1 tbsp scallions, chopped1 sundried tomato, chopped1 tbsp shredded cheddarSalt & pepper to tasteOn-The-Go Noodle Soup:1 small pkg bean thread noodles¼ cup cooked shredded chicken1 tbsp scallions2 tbsp frozen peas & carrots Chicken bouillon powder to tasteSesame oil to taste1 ½ cups boiling waterMac & Cheese Bake:1 ½ cups heavy cream1 ½ cups evaporated milk16 oz shredded cheese 8 oz elbow pastaSalt & pepper to taste½ cup cheesy crackers, crushedStovetop Cookies:Premade chocolate chip cookie doughSteps:1. Microwave Quiche: coat a microwave-safe bowl with cooking spray, add eggs and scramble, mix in the rest of the ingredients, and microwave for 1 minute. 2. On-The-Go Noodle Soup: add all ingredients to an insulated stainless steel flask, cover well, gently shake, and let sit for 5 minutes. 3. Mac & Cheese Bake: preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a baking dish and then combine all ingredients (leave crackers and some shredded cheese for the topping). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Remove foil and top with crushed crackers and the rest of the cheese. Bake until golden brown and bubbly. 4. Stovetop Cookies: Heat non-stick pan on medium-low. Slice cookie dough into thin rounds, place on the pan, cover with a lid and let it cook all the way through.
