4 Lazy Day Cooking Hacks with Jen Phanomrat | Tastemade

RECIPES
Ingredients:
Microwave Quiche:
2 eggs
1 slice ham, chopped
Raw spinach to taste
1 tbsp scallions, chopped
1 sundried tomato, chopped
1 tbsp shredded cheddar
Salt & pepper to taste
On-The-Go Noodle Soup:
1 small pkg bean thread noodles
¼ cup cooked shredded chicken
1 tbsp scallions
2 tbsp frozen peas & carrots
Chicken bouillon powder to taste
Sesame oil to taste
1 ½ cups boiling water
Mac & Cheese Bake:
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 ½ cups evaporated milk
16 oz shredded cheese
8 oz elbow pasta
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup cheesy crackers, crushed
Stovetop Cookies:
Premade chocolate chip cookie dough

Steps:
1. Microwave Quiche: coat a microwave-safe bowl with cooking spray, add eggs and scramble, mix in the rest of the ingredients, and microwave for 1 minute.
2. On-The-Go Noodle Soup: add all ingredients to an insulated stainless steel flask, cover well, gently shake, and let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Mac & Cheese Bake: preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a baking dish and then combine all ingredients (leave crackers and some shredded cheese for the topping). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Remove foil and top with crushed crackers and the rest of the cheese. Bake until golden brown and bubbly.
4. Stovetop Cookies: Heat non-stick pan on medium-low. Slice cookie dough into thin rounds, place on the pan, cover with a lid and let it cook all the way through. Turn off the heat and let the cookies cool down to harden.
