4-Ingredient Iced Coffee KitKat Lollies

A summertime pool-side treat with a caffeine kick

Makes 8 lollies

INGREDIENTS

400ml boiling water
2 tsp NESTL NESCAF Classic
50ml low-fat milk
tin NESTL Condensed Milk
1 slab (41.5g) NESTL KITKAT Milk & Cocoa
1 slab (41.5g) NESTL KITKAT White

METHOD

1. Combine the boiling water and NESTL NESCAF coffee granules in a jug.
2. Stir through the milk and condensed milk and set aside to cool.
3. Once cooled, pour the coffee mixture into 8 paper party cups and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours until partially set.
4. Remove from the freezer and place 1 NESTL KITKAT finger into the centre of each cup, alternating between KITKAT Milk & Cocoa and KITKAT White fingers.
5. Freeze for 5 hours or overnight, until frozen.
6. Peel the paper cups from the ice coffee pops. *Chefs Tip: Dip cups into hot water for a few seconds to loosen the cups if needed.
7. Serve on a tray of crushed ice and ENJOY!
