4 Dry Sabzis For Tiffin | Tiffin Recipes | Indian Mom's Kitchen

I am sure that all those taking lunch boxes would love something other than the standard Potato sabzi day in and day out. Make these 4 dry sabzis for tiffin and you are sure to bring a lot of cheer to your loved ones during lunch time in schools, colleges and offices. All these sabzis are very easy to make at home. Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
DRY SABZI FOR TIFFIN:
Lobia Masala:
250 gms Lobia/Black Eyed Beans
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin
A little Hing
1 Onion
2 Green Chillies
1 Tomato
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp grated Jaggery
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Coriander leaves

Spring Onion Besan Sabzi:
5 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Hing
2 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 cups Spring Onions
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 cup Besan
Juice of 1 Lemon
A little water

Chawli Peanut Sabzi:
250 gms Chawli/String Beans
1/2 cup Peanuts
2 Green Chillies
8 Garlic Cloves
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Hing
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Amchur
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Salt

Cabbage Peas Sabzi:
1 medium-sized Cabbage
3 tbsp Mustard oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Hing
4 Green Chillies
1 Onion
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 Tomato
1/2 cup cooked Peas
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
