4 Types of Summer Drinks
Enjoy the 4 unique flavors of Lassi this summer and refresh your self in the hot summer with this amazing cooler lassis.

Mor Lassi

Ingredients: Quantity
Yogurt 1 1/2 cup
water as required
Ice cubes - 1 Cup
Ginger chopped 1/2 inch
Green chilli 2 no.
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Coriander Chopped 1 Tbsp
Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
Black Salt 1 /2 Tsp.

For tempering
Oil 1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves 10- 12 leaves


Method:
Step 1 : Take a jar, add some ice cubes, add Yogurt, add water, add Ginger add green chillies,
Step 2 And, grind the mixture.
Step 3: Strain the mixture
Step 4: add some more water if required, as it has to be made thin, add chopped 1tsp of ginger again for the flavor.
Step 5 : Add Coriander chopped, Add Green chilli, add salt, add Black Salt.
Step 6: For tempering, in a heating pan, put some oil, add Mustard Seeds, heat it properly.
Step 7: As you get the sound, add Curry leaves and Saute it.
Step 8: Mix the temper into the salted lassi you made earlier, mix it well !
Step 9: Mor Lassi is ready !
Step 10 : Serve and spread happiness this summers.

Khus & Mint Lassi

Ingredients Quantity

• Yogurt 1 ½ cup
• Khus syrup ½ cup
• Ice as required
• Mint leaves 10-12 nos.
• Water as required
• Lemon juice 1 no.
• Salt and pepper as required


Method
1. Add all the ingredients and blend well.
2. Add salt, pepper and again blend well.
3. Take serving glass and drizzle some khus syrup on the sides of the glass.
4. Pour the lassi in to the glass.
5. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Chocolate Mango Lassi

Ingredients Quantity
Mango Pulp (chilled) 1 cup
Chocolate Sauce for serving
Yogurt (chilled) 2 cups
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Ripe Mango 1 no.
Red Chilli flakes as required
Pistachios (chopped) for garnish

Method
1. Drizzle chocolate sauce on the sides of individual glasses and refrigerate to chill.
2. Combine mango pulp, yogurt and sugar in a blender jar and blend well till smooth.
3. Cut a mango into halves and make strips on each half on the pulp side without cutting through.
4. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes on them and open to get a design,
5. Take prepared glasses and pour lassi into them.
6. Garnish with chopped pistachios and drizzle some chocolate sauce on top.
7. Place mango on top and serve chilled.

Aam Ki Lassi

Ingredients Quantity
Mango Pulp 1 cup
Thick Yogurt 1 cup
Green Cardamom Powder a pinch
Pistachios (sliced) 2 no.
Almonds (sliced) 2 no.
Khoya / Mawa (grated) 1 1/2 tbsp.
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp

Method
1.Take a blender jar, add yogurt, mango pulp, sugar, green cardamom powder and blend well.
2. Pour the lassi in the glass.
3. Garnish it with Almonds, Pistachios and soft Khoya or Mawa.
4. Serve chilled.
