He gave us a wonderful tour of his restaurant and wedding venue. You can truly tell from his persona that he enjoys what he does and loves to spread a positive message through his cooking. His philosophy is "from the garden and to the table." Everything he cooks in his restaurant is grown on his farm, not only vegetables and fruits but he also raises livestock.
