36. Kerala style Poha upma | അവൽ ഉപ്പുമാവ് | Easy Indian breakfast recipe with English subtitles | Aswathi's Healthy Cooking

In this video, I will show you how to make kerala style aval upma or poha upma.
Aval is also know as flattened rice flakes. This upma recipe is easy to make and can be had for breakfast.

Ingredients:
1 cup Aval
A pinch of Turmeric powder
1 cup of Water
1 small onion
1 small tomato
Salt to taste
2 tbsp grated coconut

For tempering:
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 red chili
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp Chana dal
2 tbsp Peanuts
2 tbsp Raisins
2-3 Curry leaves
