32. Mudra therapy for healthy living | മുദ്ര തെറാപ്പി ചെയ്തു ആരോഗ്യം സംരക്ഷിക്കൂ | Aswathi's Healthy Cooking

Yoga mudra therapy is the science of healing yourself using mudras or hand gestures.
In this video, I will describe 5 hand mudras that are beneficial for a wide range of health issues.

The mudras described are Gyan / Gyana mudra, Vayu mudra, Bhoomi mudra, Apan Vayu mudra and Surya mudra.

It is good to do these mudras while sitting in padmasana. Try these mudras for atleast 3 minutes at a time.
