Todays menus are 3 desserts using banana flavored milk: banana creme brulee, banana milk shake and banana shaved ice.
I have always liked bananas, so Im very happy to be making simple desserts using banana milk.
And by using banana milk which is already flavored, the steps got very simple yet delicious.

Growing up, I always had this very banana milk waiting for my mom to come out of the spa. And I still enjoy it.
There are many other brands that sell banana milk, but this is the only one I drink. It must be the childhood memories.
So, I hope you enjoy this video.

* (serves 4)
1(240ml), 200ml, 50g, 5,
1 or 240ml banana milk, 200ml heavy cream, 50g sugar, 5 egg yolks, sugar and fresh banana for topping

I used only 50g sugar because milk is already sweet.
But if you have a sweet tooth, you can add more sugar.

1. In a mixing bowl, add and mix egg yolks and sugar until pale yellow.

2. In a sauce pan, bring banana milk and heavy cream to a soft simmer.

3. Add (2)banana milk mixture into (1)egg mixture and strain.

4. Portion (3)mixture into 4 ramekins and spoon out the foam on the surface.

5. Cover the ramekins with foil, add them into a deep tray and pour about 100ml hot water.

6. Bake in preheated oven at 160 for 30min.

7. chill in a fridge, top with fresh banana and sugar and torch it just before serving.

1. add banana milk in a ziplock bag and freeze.

2. When milk is frozen solid, wrap with a towel and smash it carefully with a rolling pin.

You can blend it in a blender or freeze in an airtight container and scrape with fork.

3. Plate the shaved milk and banana and sprinkle with condensed milk.

Blend vanilla ice cream, banana milk, some ice and sugar in a blender.
