Hummus in 3 ways

Ingredients :
1 cup boiled chickpeas (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
3-4 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbs Tahini paste
1 tbs Lemon juice
2 tbs Olive oil
1 tsp Paprika powder
Salt to taste
For Pumpkin Hummus -
1/2 cup Boiled Pumpkin
For Sun-dried Tomato Hummus -
2/3 tbs Sun-dried Tomatoes
Handful of Mint leaves & 1 tsp red chilli powder to garnish

Method :
In a mixer jar, add 1 cup boiled chickpeas, chopped garlic, Tahini paste, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika powder and salt to taste
Churn to make a thick paste, your Hummus is ready
(Add some water if its too dry or hard to churn)
Let's serve Hummus in 3 different ways
1. Churn boiled red pumpkin and make a thick paste. Add and mix it with Hummus to make Pumpkin Hummus. Garnish with a mint leave.
2. Churn Sun-dried Tomatoes and mix it with Hummus to make Sun-dried Tomato Hummus. Garnish with a piece of Sun-dried Tomato.
3. Serve regular Hummus and garnish it with some red chilli powder & a mint leave.
Enjoy 3 types of Hummus with Peta Bread, Lavash or Chips!
