Hummus in 3 waysIngredients :1 cup boiled chickpeas (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)3-4 chopped garlic cloves2 tbs Tahini paste1 tbs Lemon juice2 tbs Olive oil1 tsp Paprika powderSalt to tasteFor Pumpkin Hummus -1/2 cup Boiled PumpkinFor Sun-dried Tomato Hummus -2/3 tbs Sun-dried TomatoesHandful of Mint leaves & 1 tsp red chilli powder to garnishMethod :In a mixer jar, add 1 cup boiled chickpeas, chopped garlic, Tahini paste, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika powder and salt to tasteChurn to make a thick paste, your Hummus is ready(Add some water if its too dry or hard to churn)Let's serve Hummus in 3 different ways1. Churn boiled red pumpkin and make a thick paste. Add and mix it with Hummus to make Pumpkin Hummus. Garnish with a mint leave.2. Churn Sun-dried Tomatoes and mix it with Hummus to make Sun-dried Tomato Hummus. Garnish with a piece of Sun-dried Tomato.3.
