Stay tuned to Vimal presents Swaad Tyoharon Ka for more festive recipes only on India Food Network.#ganeshchaturthispecial #modakrecipe #instantmodakIngredients:Chocolate Modak - 1/2 cup Digestive Biscuits (Crushed)- 2 tbsp Dried Cranberries (Chopped)- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder- 1 tbsp Choco Chips- Pinch Of Salt- 4 tbsp Dark Chocolate (Melted)- 1 tbsp Vimal Pure Desi GheeKesar Mawa Modak- 1/2 cup Mawa (Grated)- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder- 1 pinch Saffron (Soaked In Milk)- 1 tbsp Vimal Pure Desi GheeKhajur Modak- 1 cup Dates (Seeded and Chopped)- 1/2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds (Chopped)- 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds (Chopped)- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds (Chopped)- 1 tbsp Almonds (Chopped)- 1 tbsp Cashew Nuts (Chopped)- 1 tbsp Pistachios (Chopped)- 1 tbsp Walnuts (Chopped)- 1 tsp Pink Salt- 1 tbsp Vimal Pure Desi GheeMethod:Chocolate Modak1. In a clean bowl add crushed digestive biscuits followed by dried chopped cranberries, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, salt as per taste, melted dark chocolate and Vimal pure Desi Ghee.2. Mix it well to make a smooth dough like consistency.3. Now apply ghee on both sides of modak moulds and stuff the above made modak filling on one side of the mould.4. Now press the moulds by applying pressure to form Modak style shape of the filling.5. The chocolate modak is ready to binge. Kesar Mawa Modak1. Take a clean bowl and add unsweetened grated mawa along with powdered sugar.2. Put some cardamom powder, kesar soaked in milk and bind it well using Vimal pure Desi Ghee.3. Mix it well using hands to make it into a smooth consistency.4. In a mould apply ghee on both sides and stuff the filling on one side of the mould.5. Now press the moulds by applying pressure to convert the smooth dough into desired shaped modaks. Khajur Modak1. Take a clean bowl and add deseeded and chopped dates in it.2. Add chopped sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios along with walnuts and pink salt.3. Now bind the mixture using Vimal pure Desi Ghee.4. Mix it well using hands to make it into semi hard consistency.5. Now in a mould apply ghee on both sides and stuff the filling on one side of the mould.6. Now press it by applying pressure to convert the nutty filling in to the desired shaped modak.
