Add sugar and keep stirring continuously.Once it liquifies and becomes amber in colour, add milk in a slow stream.The sugar will seize and form clumps but keep stirring until the milk starts simmering lightly.Remove from heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir to make a smooth mixture.Add a pinch of salt. Serve with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
