Ingredients:
Baby corn: 3/4 cup, chopped.
Capsicum: 1/2 cup, chopped.
Basmati rice (long grain): 2 cup, cooked / leftover rice.
Oil: 1 tbsp.
Onions: 1/2 cup, chopped.
Garlic: 1 tsp, chopped.
Kissan Tomato Sauce: 3.5 tbsp.
Sugar: pinch.
Salt to taste.
Pepper powder to taste.

Method of Preparation:

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a minute.
Add the baby corn and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the tomato ketchup, chilli powder and sugar. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add in the rice and the salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
