Bottle all of the ingredients.2. Allow them to infuse for 2-3 days before serving.3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.Pumpkin Spice Liqueur2 cups water1 cup sugar1 cup brown sugar1 cup pumpkin puree2 cinnamon sticks1 slice fresh ginger5 cloves½ tsp grated nutmeg1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise2 cups rum or brandy1. In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar.2. Heat over medium high, whisking constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.3. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla.4. Simmer over low heat for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.5. Strain mixture through fine cheesecloth to remove pulp.6. Add rum or brandy and stir to combine.7. Allow mixture to cool before packaging.8. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.9. Enjoy!Irish Cream Liqueur2 cups Silk Coconut½ cup strong coffee, cooled2 tsp cocoa powder1 tsp vanilla extract2-4 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar¼ cup Irish whiskey1. In a large bowl whisk all ingredients together until they completely combined.2. Transfer to a decorative carafe and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.3.
