¾ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

For the cinnamon filling:
4 tbsp butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk

In a large bowl whisk flour, baking soda and salt until it’s well combined. Set aside.
With a hand mixer or stand mixer beat butter and sugar until they become fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients, half at a time and mix until it forms a dough.
Wrap dough in plastic and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
