Caramalized Onion Hummus1 cup Chickpeas1 thinly sliced onion3 cloves2 tsp oil (Olive or another of your choice)3 tbsp Tahini Paste (Tahini can be made by roasted sesame seeds and making paste out of them with olive oil)3 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp salt and paprika- First we cook onions on slow heat so that they are no longer raw ( are caramalized) and then we combine all ingredients, blend them to make a smooth dip.2. Greek Style Hummus1 cup boiled chickpeas ( you can also use a can of chickpeas)1 clove of garlic1/4 to 1/2 cup yogurt1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp each Oregano, Parsley and ThymeCombine all ingredients and blend them to get your greek style hummus3. Roasted Red Pepper Hummus1 Red Bell Pepper1 cup chickpeas2 tbsp Tahini2 tsp Oil2 cloves of garlic1/2 tsp salt and Paprika1 tbsp lemon juice- Roast Red Peppers on a hot skillet/ in a bbq or on a grill. Then combine all ingredients and form a smooth dip. Enjoy with pita chips, dips or flatbread of your choice
