花菜 300克(300g cauliflower)
鹰嘴豆 1/2cup(1/2 cup chickpeas)
鸡蛋 2个(2 eggs)
盐 1/4小匙(1/4 tsp salt)
西芹碎 3大匙(3 tbsp chopped celery)
洋葱碎 3大匙(3 tbsp chopped onion)
番茄碎 3大匙(3 tbsp chopped tomatoes)

盐1/2小匙(1/2 tsp salt)
黑胡椒粉 1/2小匙(1/2 tsp black pepper)
孜然粉 1/2小匙(1/2 tsp cumin powder)
辣椒粉 1/4小匙(1/4 tsp chili powder)
