材料:
抹茶アイス 300ml
片栗粉  大さじ2

作り方:
① 耐熱容器に抹茶アイス200mlを入れて600Wの電子レンジ1分加熱し、片栗粉を混ぜて再度1分半加熱して混ぜる。

② ①に片栗粉をまぶして3等分し、生地を伸ばす。

③ 抹茶アイスを②で包んだら、完成!

Mochi Ice Cream
Servings: 3 mochi

INGREDIENTS:
300ml matcha ice cream
2 tablespoons potato starch

PREPARATION:
1. Put 200ml of matcha ice cream into a heat-proof bowl and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Add potato starch into the bowl and microwave for 1 minute and half. Stir well.

2. Dust (1) with some potato starch.Divide into 3 equal parts and roll them out.

3. Spoon matcha ice cream onto each mochi (2) and seal.

4. Enjoy!
