Blend until the ingredients are well combined. Over medium-high heat, melt coconut oil. Pour 2-3 pancakes into the frying pan.When pancakes are golden brown on one side, flip the pancakes and cook for another 30-45 seconds.Serve with fruit, almond butter or maple syrup.
