1 CUP MILK
2-3 TABLESPOONS WATER
1 & 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 TABLESPOON FENNEL SEEDS
1-2 TABLESPOONS SWEET FLAVOURED SUPARI
100 GRAMS BUTTER
3/4 CUP CASTER SUGAR
1/2 CUP CURD
1 TABLESPOON GULKAND (ROSE JAM)
2-3 TABLESPOONS TOASTED PISTACHIOS
SOME EDIBLES ROSE PETALS


Ingredients for EGGLESS MAWA CAKE :

1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 & 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 tablespoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup curd / yoghurt / sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence
1/4 teaspoon saffron strands
