Superfood Vitamin C rich chutney
Ingredients:
Gooseberry(Amla) - 5 pcs
Coriander leaves - 3 cups
Green chilli - 3
Ginger -1/2 inch
Hing - 1/4th tsp
Roasted jeera powder - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
Rock salt to taste
Water - 2 tbsp

GOOSEBERRY(Amla)Khatti Meethi Gur Chutney
Superfood Vitamin-C rich Chutney
Ingredients:
Boiled Gooseberry(Amla) – 200 gms
Oil – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek(methidaana) seeds – ½ tsp
Nigella(kalonji) seeds – ½ tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp grated
Asafoetida(hing) – 1/4th tsp
Jaggery – 200 gms chopped
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4th tsp
Green cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Black cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2th tsp
Rock salt – 1/4th tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
