Ingredients:

1 tbsp Oil
10 gms Peanuts
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Spring Curry Leaves
4-5 Red Boriya Chillies
2 tsp TATA Sampann Chana dal
2 tsp TATA Sampann Black gram (urad dal)
2 cup Cooked Kolam Rice
Curry leaves 2 sprigs
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp Lemon Juice

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan add Peanuts , Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, Urad Dal, Chana Dal and saute it for a while.
2. Now add Turmeric then mix it and let it cook for a while.
3. Then add the cooked Rice, lemon juice, salt and mix it well.
4. It ready to serve hot.
