Heat the oil in a pan add Peanuts , Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, Urad Dal, Chana Dal and saute it for a while.2. Now add Turmeric then mix it and let it cook for a while.3. Then add the cooked Rice, lemon juice, salt and mix it well.4. It ready to serve hot.
