Ingredients:
Sprouted mung beans (200 g)
Half tsp mustard seeds
Half tsp urad dal
Half tsp chana dal
Half tsp turmeric powder
Half tsp crushed red chilies
Salt to taste
Half an onion, sliced
2 dried red chilies
2 tbsp grated coconut
1 green chilly, chopped
Half tsp ginger (washed, peeled and finely chopped)
Few curry leaves
