Today's recipe is for an easy temple - style pal payasam (milk kheer/ rice pudding) for Ashtami Rohini or Janmashtami festival.

Temple pal payasams don't usually have raisins, cashews or condensed milk, that is why I have avoided them in this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 cup A2 milk
Half cup water
100 g of rice (washed well)
100 g brown sugar
