Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Marinated Time: 3 hours
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 2 Hours :30 minutes

Ingredients:
• Roasted Gram (2 tbsp)
• Roasted Poppy seeds (1 tsp)
• Milled Yogurt (3 – 4 tbsp)
• Salt (1 tsp) (as per taste)
• Red Chili powder (1 – ½ tsp)
• Turmeric Powder (½ tsp)
• Hot Spice powder (1 tsp)
• Nutmeg & mace powder (1/4 tsp)
• Meat Tenderizer (½ tsp)
• Ginger garlic paste (2 tbsp)
• Green Chili paste (2 tbsp)
• Mustard Oil (3 tbsp)
• Vinegar (1 tbsp)
• Fried crushed onion (small size 1)
• Zarda color (2 pinch)
• Boneless Chicken (½ kg)

Cooking Method:

Step 1: Take roasted gram and roasted poppy in grinder machine, turn on the machine to grind them.

Step 2: Take a separate empty bowl, and put yogurt, paste of roasted gram & poppy salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hot spice powder, nutmeg & mace powder, meat tenderizer, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, mustard oil, vinegar, fried crushed onion, and zarda color and mix all of them in a good way

Step 3: Add the chicken pieces and mix well.... and marinate it for at least 3 hours.

Step 4: After 2 – 3 hours remove the lid from bowl.

Step 5: Take wooden sticks and dip them in water to 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 6: Now, take the marinated chicken and put them on wooden sticks.

Step 7: After putting them on sticks you can cook them either on Fry pan, simple pan or on tawa. (I will go with fry pan)

Step 8: Take fry pan put it on the stove, then place some oil in the fry pan, after 2 minutes put marinated chicken sticks in fry pan and let It cook from 1 side after that change it to other side and let that cook.

Step 9: Now, take a charcoal put it on the stove, then take an aluminum bowl put burned charcoal in it, put it in the fry pan and put some oil on it.

Step 10: Cover fry pan with its lid and give charcoal smoke for 2 minutes.

Step 11: The delicious Chicken Bihari Boti is ready. Now you can serve this with hot Naan, bread and with green or tamarind sauce.
